Primary schools
Healthy eating habits begin early, and the primary school workshops are designed to help children build a positive relationship with food, movement, and wellbeing in a an engaging, and age-appropriate way. Sessions focus on supporting energy, concentration, confidence and healthy habits through practical activities and interactive discussions. All workshops are delivered in a positive, inclusive, and non judgemental way, helping children feel their best at school and at home!

Helping children understanding where everyday foods come from, including farms, plants, animals, while encouraging curiosity around healthy eating.
For children Ages 7/11 - Key Stage 2
Sugar detectives
Helping children identify hidden sugars in foods and drinks, understand energy crashes and explore healthier choices.
How to read a food label?
Teaching children simple ways to understand food packaging, including sugar, ingredients and nutrition information, to help build confidence around making informed food choices.
Secondary schools
The secondary school presentations are designed to support students through adolescence with practical, relatable and evidence-based nutrition education. Sessions will explore the connection between food, energy, concentration, confidence, stress, sleep, sport and mental wellbeing. workshops are tailored to different keys stages and delivered in a supportive, non-clinical and engaging way that focusses on helping students feel healthy, energised and confident rather than focusing on appearance or restriction.
